Your work is yours. We take only what the product needs to run, protect it with real encryption, and hand you the controls to see, export, or delete any of it. No screen watching, no data sale, and nothing logged without your okay.

The desktop app records timestamps only — not your screen, your keystrokes, your webcam, or your location.
We don't sell or rent your data, to anyone, for anything. You pay us for software; that's the whole business.
Nothing becomes tracked time on its own. Every AI suggestion waits for you to approve, edit, or skip it.
Suggestions run on our own logic, not an outside AI model. Your data isn't shipped off to train anyone's.
We measure your time, not your behavior.
The minimum to do the job.
Your account
Your name, your email, and a password we only ever store hashed. Just enough to sign you in and reach you.
The work you track
The time entries, clients, projects, tasks, and rates you enter. This is the product itself — the data you put in, and it stays yours.
Signals, only from what you turn on
Connect an integration and we read just enough to suggest entries — event titles and times, activity timestamps, nothing more. Not your screen, not your keystrokes, not the content of your work itself.
We protect it the way we'd want ours protected.
Your data is encrypted in transit, and the tokens you connect are sealed again at rest with AES-256-GCM. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and a reset signs out every session, everywhere. Each workspace is walled off from every other, and nightly backups are encrypted before they leave our servers, then restore-tested — so they’re really there if the worst happens.
A short list of vendors, every one named.
You pay us for software — that's the whole business. No ad model, nothing to sell, no reason to want more of your data than the job needs. A handful of US-based vendors help us run it, each bound to protect your data as we do.
It's your data, and you can prove it.
Export it all, anytime
Download a full copy of your data — every time entry, client, and project — as a file you keep. For your accountant, your records, or peace of mind.
Delete it for good
Delete a workspace or your whole account yourself. You get 30 days to change your mind, then it's permanently erased.
Disconnect any tool
Everything you've connected is listed in Settings. Unlink a calendar, GitHub, or the desktop app in one click, and the signals stop that moment.
